Room Slate collects no personal data. It does not create an account, does not use analytics, and does not send your information anywhere. Everything it shows stays on your iPad.
Room Slate is a wall display for a meeting room, classroom, or lab. It reads a calendar you have already added to your iPad and draws that day's schedule on screen.
Nowhere. Calendar events are read from your device's own calendar database and drawn on screen. The header photo is stored in the app's private folder on the iPad. No data is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits.
Room Slate makes no network connections of its own. If your calendar is a subscribed or account-based calendar, iOS keeps it up to date in the background using the settings you chose in the Settings app. That syncing is handled entirely by iOS and by your calendar provider, and is governed by their privacy policies rather than this one.
Your settings and header photo live in the app's storage on the iPad. Deleting the app removes them. Because nothing is ever sent off the device, there is no server-side data to request or delete.
Room Slate is a general-purpose utility. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
